1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age
• Be capable of entering into a legally binding contract
• Be a resident of India (for membership and trial services)

2. Account Registration

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your account credentials secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activities.

3. Gym Services

FitQueens Ladies Gym provides:

• Access to our ladies-only gym facility
• Group fitness classes and activities
• Yoga & Zumba sessions
• Functional and strength training equipment
• A safe, women-only environment
• Professional coaching and guidance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service based on operational needs, with reasonable notice where possible.

4. Memberships

Membership terms:

• Memberships are non-transferable
• Only the registered member may use the membership
• Memberships are subject to gym rules and safety guidelines
• We may adjust membership structure, pricing, and benefits with reasonable notice

5. Free Trial

We offer a 1-day free trial subject to the following:

• One free trial per user
• Valid for 10 days from the gym opening date (5 January 2026) or from activation date if later
• Requires accurate identity and address details
• Subject to availability and gym rules

6. Payments, Cancellations & Refund Policy

VERY IMPORTANT - NO REFUND / NO CANCELLATION POLICY:

• All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-cancellable
• No refunds will be provided for partial usage, non-attendance, dissatisfaction, or change of mind
• Once a membership or plan is activated, you are responsible for the full term and payment
• No exceptions will be made to this policy

By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund, no-cancellation policy.

7. Conduct & Safety

All members and visitors must:

• Follow trainer instructions and safety guidelines
• Use equipment safely and as intended
• Respect other members and staff
• Maintain proper hygiene and cleanliness
• Comply with all gym rules and policies

We reserve the right to revoke access immediately for unsafe, abusive, or disruptive behavior without refund.

8. Health Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are medically fit to participate in physical exercise, or you have consulted a physician and received clearance
• You participate in exercise and use of equipment at your own risk
• FitQueens, its owners, staff, and trainers are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues arising from your participation
• You assume full responsibility for any injuries resulting from improper use of equipment, failure to follow instructions, or undisclosed medical conditions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitQueens shall not be liable for:

• Any injuries, accidents, or health issues (subject to applicable law)
• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings
• Website downtime, technical issues, or service interruptions
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our aggregate liability, if any, shall be limited to the total fee paid by you to FitQueens, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or membership immediately for:

• Violation of these Terms or gym policies
• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Non-compliance with safety or conduct rules
• Any behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of others

No refunds will be provided if termination is due to your breach of these Terms.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website and services may integrate with third-party services including payment gateways, analytics tools, and other external platforms. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices or any issues arising from their use.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
